Tonight we are going to Due Venti in downtown Clawson to celebrate my birthday today. We've been wanting to check this place out for a while now. "Galette is a general term used in French to designate various types of flat, round or freeform crusty cakes." Galette's are great mechanisms to use up lots of odds and ends you have in the fridge. You can put basically anything in them.
